Transition is always difficult. I've mentioned it before, but I am doing my very best, along with the team leads to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible, and that things don't drastically change. I know it's sometimes difficult to discuss certain things face-to-face, so I want to give all of you an opportunity to share your hearts and thoughts with me. I will then make sure that what you share is shared with your team leads, church leadership and any new worship leadership that you may see in the next 2-6 months. I care deeply for all of you and do my absolute best to have your best interests at the forefront of everything I do for the Worship Ministry. I have been the head of the ministry, but you all are the heart of it, and the head can't function without the heart.
